The WagBetter Pet Wellness Club (“Program”) is available to new and existing clients at participating hospitals.

Enrollment is limited to one (1) active Program bundle per eligible pet at any given time. Each enrollment is specific to an individual pet and is non-transferable to another pet or household member.

Each Program enrollment is valid for three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the enrollment date. Each included service, product, preventive care item, discount, or other Program benefit may be redeemed only once per enrollment, per enrolled pet, unless otherwise expressly stated. Once an included benefit has been redeemed during an enrollment term, it is not available again until the pet is enrolled in a subsequent Program term.

A pet may maintain only one active Program enrollment at a time. Renewal may occur on or before the current enrollment expiration date when the pet is due for included preventive services, based on the pet’s wellness schedule, or as otherwise determined by the participating hospital. A renewed enrollment begins on the date of renewal and establishes a new three hundred sixty-five (365) day enrollment term. Early renewal is intended to help maintain uninterrupted preventive care and does not provide duplicate benefits for the same enrollment period.

Program savings, discounts, services, and benefits apply only during an active enrollment period. Benefits may not be applied retroactively to prior appointments, products, purchases, or services, nor may they be applied to appointments or purchases occurring after an enrollment has expired unless the pet has been re-enrolled prior to or at the time of service in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Program benefits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or substituted for other products or services. Except where required by applicable law, Program fees are non-refundable. Program discounts may not be combined with any other coupons, promotional offers, discounts, loyalty rewards, or similar incentives. Loyalty stamps or rewards are not earned on Program enrollment fees, bundled services, or Program-discounted purchases.

Enrollment in an applicable WagBetter Pet Wellness Club bundle, together with completion of the required wellness examination, is required to qualify for included preventive care benefits, including, Merck Quantum® parasite prevention, Zoetis ProHeart® 12 heartworm prevention, Zoetis Revolution® Plus, core vaccinations, bloodwork, and fecal screenings.

The Exclusive Program Discount provides 10% off eligible non-bundle professional services and vaccine boosters and is applied to the applicable invoice at participating hospitals. This

discount does not apply to products, retail merchandise, prescription diets, medications, pharmacy items, or other excluded products.

Additional Network Benefits include 10% off eligible Emergency Care and 10% off eligible Specialty Care at participating network locations. To receive these discounts, clients must present a valid WagBetter Membership card at the time of service and checkout. Network Benefits are available only at participating locations and may be subject to additional exclusions.

All services, products, medications, vaccines, diagnostics, parasite prevention, and other included benefits are subject to the attending veterinarian’s professional judgment and determination of medical appropriateness. Participation in the Program does not guarantee that any particular product, medication, vaccine, diagnostic, or service is medically indicated for every pet.

Unused services, products, discounts, or other Program benefits expire at the end of the applicable enrollment term. Unused benefits do not carry forward to future enrollments, have no cash or credit value, and may not be transferred to another pet or individual.

The Program is valid only at participating WagBetter hospitals. Participating hospitals, eligible services, pricing, Program benefits, bundle contents, and these Terms & Conditions may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice, except where prohibited by applicable law.
